TF2 monocolor textures

This is meant for machinima makers who need to green-screen their footage, in stead of using a mono-color map. I find it's easier to record the action on a regular map, then replace the textures and make a movie from the demo.
I only made the replacer script. The .vtf files are recolored "tools_black.vtf", and the .vmt files are slightly edited from original Valve files.
